To ensure the perfect fit, please compare your measurements with our guide. All measurements should be taken on a flat surface.
- Chest: Measure from armpit to armpit across the chest.
- Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Follow these instructions to keep your embroidered hoodie looking its best wash after wash.
- Wash inside out with similar colors on a gentle cycle.
- Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach.
- Tumble dry on a low heat setting or, for best results, hang to air dry.
- Do not iron directly over the embroidered area. If needed, iron on the reverse side on a low heat setting.
- Do not dry clean.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Hipomarket 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Hipomarket will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
