How to measure
To find the best fit, measure your foot and (if available) an existing shoe. Always use the larger measurement when choosing a size.
Measure your foot
- Place a piece of paper on a hard, flat floor with one short edge against a wall. Wear the socks you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand with your heel lightly touching the wall and your weight evenly distributed on that foot.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper. Measure from the edge (heel) to the mark and record the length in centimeters and inches (1 cm = 0.3937 in).
- Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement when selecting a size.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
