How to measure
Use a soft tape measure. Measure over underwear or fitted clothing, stand relaxed and breathe normally. Record measurements in cm or inches (1 in = 2.54 cm). For garment measurements, lay the shorts flat on a table and smooth wrinkles without stretching fabric.
Measuring your body (to choose the right size)
- High waist: Measure horizontally around the point where the waistband will sit (usually just above the navel). Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks.
- Inseam (for shorts): Measure from the top of the inner thigh at the crotch to where you want the shorts to end.
- Thigh: Optional — measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh if you want a precise fit at the leg opening.
Measuring the shorts (laid flat)
- Waist (flat): Measure across the waistband from left to right. Multiply by 2 to get the circumference.
- Hips (flat): Measure across the shorts about 2–3 cm below the crotch seam and multiply by 2.
- Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam up to the top edge of the waistband.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam along the inside leg seam to the hem.
- Leg opening / Thigh width: Measure across the top of the leg opening and multiply by 2.
Example: flat waist 33 cm → waist circumference 66 cm. Allow 0.5–1 cm tolerance for stretch and manufacturing variance. If you are between sizes, choose based on waist measurement and desired level of compression (size up for a more relaxed fit).

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
