How to measure
For the best fit, measure your body or a similar garment lying flat. For flat garment measurements, measure width and multiply by 2 to get the full circumference. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed (not pulled tight).
Sweatshirt — what to measure
- Chest (bust): Measure across the garment 2–3 cm (≈1") below the armholes, then multiply by 2. For body measurement, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff along the outside of the sleeve. For body measurement, measure from center back neck to wrist.
- Body length: From the high point of the shoulder (HPS) at the base of the neck down to the hem.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and multiply by 2.
Shorts — what to measure

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
