How to measure
Use a flexible tape measure. You can measure your body or a well-fitting pair of pants to compare. Record measurements in centimetres or inches.
- Waist (body): Measure around the narrowest part of your torso where the waistband sits. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
- Waist (garment): Lay the pants flat. Measure straight across the top of the waistband from side seam to side seam and double that number for the full circumference. For elastic waistbands, measure both at rest and fully stretched if you want the full range.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat. For garment measurement, lay flat and measure across the widest point then double it.
- Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam (where the inner leg seams meet) up to the top of the front waistband.
- Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the bottom hem.
- Thigh: Measure about 2–3 cm (1") below the crotch seam across the thigh and double for the circumference.
- Leg opening (hem): Measure straight across the hem and double the number for the full circumference.
- Outseam/Total length: Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside seam to the hem.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
