Care Guide (To Keep It Lovely Longer)
Washing
- Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of wig-specific shampoo.
- Gently swish the wig in the water without rubbing or wringing. Let it soak for 3-5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly in cool water until all shampoo is removed.
- Apply a small amount of wig conditioner, running your fingers through the strands. Avoid the cap base. Rinse again.
Drying
- Gently squeeze out excess water with your hands and pat it dry with a soft towel. Do not twist or wring the wig.
- Place the wig on a folding wig stand and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated room.
- Avoid using a hairdryer and direct sunlight.
Detangling & Storage
- Before and after each wear, gently detangle the wig using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots to minimize shedding.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
