How to measure
Measure your body (for best fit)
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Breathe normally and do not pull the tape too tight.
- Waist: Measure at your natural waist (the narrowest point between ribs and hips). Keep the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, with feet together.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the other.
- Dress length (HPS): Measure from the high point of the shoulder (HPS) — where the shoulder meets the base of the neck — straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length (cap sleeve): For cap sleeves, measure from the shoulder seam point down to the sleeve edge.
- Tip: Measure over light clothing or underwear, stand straight, and use a flexible tape measure. If you are between sizes, consider the silhouette and fabric; choose the larger size for comfort.
How we measure the garment
- Bust (garment): Laid flat, measured 1 cm below the armholes from seam to seam and then doubled for circumference.
- Waist (garment): Measured across the narrowest point of the bodice when laid flat and doubled.
- Hips (garment): Measured across the fullest part of the skirt when laid flat and doubled.
- Length (garment): From high point shoulder (HPS) to hem along the center front.
- Sleeve: From shoulder seam to sleeve edge measured flat.
- Note: Garment measurements are taken with the item lying flat; finished measurements may vary slightly between prints and batches.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
