How to measure
All measurements below assume the garment is laid flat on a smooth surface. For any width measurement, measure side-to-side and double the number to get the full circumference.
Garment (laid flat) — what we measure
- Waist (unstretched)
- Measure straight across the top edge of the waistband; double for the full waist circumference.
- Waist (stretched)
- Gently stretch the elastic waistband to the comfortable maximum and measure across; double the number to get the stretched circumference.
- Hips
- Measure across the widest part of the seat (about 20 cm / 8" below the crotch seam on many styles); double for full circumference.
- Front rise
- Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the front waistband.
- Back rise
- Measure from the crotch seam up to the top of the back waistband.
- Inseam
- Measure from the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
- Thigh
- Measure across the thigh about 2.5–5 cm (1–2") below the crotch seam; double for circumference.
- Knee
- Measure across the knee area of the pant leg; double for circumference.
- Leg opening / Hem
- Measure across the bottom hem of one leg; double to get the leg opening circumference.
- Total length
- Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside seam to the hem.
How to measure your body (to choose the right size)
- Waist — measure around the natural waistline (where you normally wear the waistband), keeping the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips — measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Inseam — measure from crotch to desired hem on a pair of trousers that fits you well.
Tip: Compare a well-fitting pair of pants you already own by laying them flat and following the "Garment" steps above — this gives the most reliable size comparison.

- Cotton + Elastane (e.g., ~95–98% cotton, 2–5% elastane): soft, breathable, comfortable with gentle stretch and natural feel. Will soften with wear.
- Polyester/Viscose + Elastane (e.g., ~60–70% polyester, 25–35% viscose, 3–5% elastane): lightweight, wrinkle-resistant, holds shape well and dries quickly.

Care guide — keep it lovely longer
- Always follow the care label — it’s specific to your garment’s fabric mix.
- Machine wash cold or at the temperature advised on the label; use a gentle cycle.
- Use a mild detergent and wash with like colors. Avoid bleach.
- Avoid fabric softeners on elastic garments — they can reduce stretch performance over time.
- Turn the pants inside out before washing to protect the surface and color.
- Use a mesh laundry bag when washing with zippers or hardware to prevent abrasion.
- Reshape the waistband while damp and dry flat or hang to dry away from direct heat. High heat in tumble-dry can damage elastic and shrink fibers.
- If tumble drying is necessary, use a low heat setting and remove promptly to minimize creasing.
- Iron on low heat if required; iron inside out or use a pressing cloth. For elastane blends, avoid very high temperatures.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
