How to measure

Use a flexible tape measure and measure the garment laid flat on a hard surface. Record measurements in inches or centimeters and multiply flat widths by 2 to get body circumferences.

1. Waist (flat): Lay the shorts flat and smooth the waistband without stretching. Measure straight across the top edge from left to right. Multiply by 2 for the waist circumference.
