How to measure

All garment measurements below are taken with the pants laid flat on a smooth surface. For circumference values, measure flat and multiply by 2. Keep tape straight and snug but not stretched.

Measuring the garment

9. Pocket depth — Insert a ruler at the top of the pocket opening to its bottom to record depth.

Measuring tips

• Record measurements in both inches and centimeters if possible.
