How to measure

Follow these steps to measure the jacket itself (laid flat) and your body so you can choose the best size and fit.

Measuring the jacket (lay flat)

1. Chest / Pit to pit: Lay the jacket flat, close fastenings, smooth fabric. Measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other. Multiply that number by 2 to get the full chest circumference.

1. Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape parallel to the floor. Wear a typical bra.
2. Back neck to wrist: For sleeve length, measure from the center back at the base of the neck, over the shoulder and down to the wrist with your arm relaxed.
3. Compare & choose ease: Decide how you want the jacket to fit and compare your body measurements to the garment measurements (measured flat × 2). Recommended ease:
   • Fitted: body + 1–3 cm (0.5–1 in)
   • Relaxed/true-to-size: body + 5–8 cm (2–3 in)
   • Oversized: body + 10–15 cm (4–6 in)

Tip: allow 1–2 cm tolerance for manufacturing and the distressed finish.
