How to measure

Measure your body

1. Wear a light, form-fitting bra or the undergarments you plan to use with the tank. Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your sides.
2. Bust / Chest: Wrap a flexible tape around the fullest part of your bust, across the shoulder blades and under the arms. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
3. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (natural waist). Keep the tape comfortable, not compressed.
4. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat (usually 7–9" / 18–23 cm below the waist).
5. High point shoulder (HPS) to hem: For top length, measure from the high point of the shoulder (where the shoulder meets the neck) straight down to the point where you want the hem to sit.
6. Shoulder width: Measure across the back from one shoulder bone to the other (for garments, measure seam to seam).

Measure the garment (lay flat)

1. Lay the tank flat on a smooth surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
2. Chest (flat): Measure straight across the front 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from seam to seam. Multiply that number by 2 to get the full chest circumference.
3. Hem width: Measure straight across the bottom hem and multiply by 2 for the circumference.
4. Shoulder: Measure from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
5. Center front length: Measure from the high point shoulder (HPS) at the neckline down to the hem.
6. Strap length: Measure each strap from the front seam to the back seam along the top.
7. Tip: Compare doubled flat-garment measurements with your body measurements and allow 1–2" (2.5–5 cm) ease for comfortable movement.
