How to measure (for accurate sizing)

Lay the joggers flat on a smooth surface and smooth out any wrinkles. Measure straight across (not along the curve) and then double where indicated to get the full circumference.

• Waist (flat): Measure across the top of the waistband from edge to edge. Double that number for the waist circumference. For elastic waistbands, measure relaxed and fully stretched and note both values.
• Hips / Seat: Measure across the fullest part of the hips (usually 7–9" / 18–23 cm down from the top of the waistband). Double the measurement.
• Front rise: From the top of the front waistband straight down to the crotch seam.
• Back rise: From the top of the back waistband straight down to the crotch seam.
• Inseam: From the crotch seam to the bottom hem along the inside leg seam.

• Knee: Measure across the leg about halfway down the leg (or ~12" / 30 cm from crotch) and double for circumference.
• Leg opening: Measure straight across the hem and double for the full leg opening circumference.

Tip: Compare these garment measurements to your body measurements and allow ease. For a relaxed wide-leg fit we recommend ~2–4" (5–10 cm) ease at the waist and ~4–6" (10–15 cm) ease at the hips. 1 in = 2.54 cm.
