How to measure
Use a soft flexible tape measure. For the most accurate fit measure a similar sweatshirt laid flat or measure your body. Record measurements in inches or centimeters.
Measure your body
- Chest / Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks.
- Torso length: From the high point of the shoulder (HPS) where shoulder meets neck down to where you want the hem to sit.
- Sleeve length: From center-back of the neck across the shoulder to the wrist, or from shoulder seam to wrist for sleeve-only length.
Measure a garment (recommended)
- Lay flat: Smooth the sweatshirt on a flat surface with seams aligned and sleeves straight.
- Pit to pit (chest): Measure across the front 2–3 cm (1") below the armhole from seam to seam. Multiply by 2 to get the full chest circumference.
- Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff (or center-back neck to cuff for overall sleeve length).
- Front length: From HPS (high point shoulder) down to the bottom hem.
- Hem width: Measure across the bottom hem and multiply by 2 for circumference.
Example: pit-to-pit 21" (53 cm) → chest = 42" (106 cm). Round to the nearest 0.5 cm / 1/4 in.

- Tumble dry low or, preferably, reshape and lay flat to dry to preserve shape and reduce shrinkage.
- If ironing is needed, iron inside out on low heat and avoid ironing directly on printed areas.
- To remove pills, use a fabric shaver gently; store folded to avoid shoulder stretching from hangers.
- Treat stains promptly: blot (don't rub), pre-treat with mild soap and cold water before washing.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
