How to measure

To select the best size, measure yourself or a sweatshirt that fits you well using these steps.

1. Chest / Bust (body): Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level. For a garment: lay the sweatshirt flat, measure across from armpit seam to armpit seam, then multiply by 2 to get the chest circumference.
2. Shoulder width: Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
3. Body length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the base of the neck) straight down to the hem.
4. Sleeve length: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff. Alternatively, measure from the center back of the neck down the shoulder and along the sleeve to the cuff for total sleeve length.
5. Hem width: With the garment laid flat, measure across the bottom hem and multiply by 2 for the circumference.
