How to Measure

Confirm the fit and layered drop before you buy. You can measure both your neck and a necklace you already own.

1. Measure your neck:
   • Wrap a soft tape (or a string you later measure with a ruler) around the base of your neck where a choker sits.
   • Note this number as your neck circumference.
2. Choose layer lengths:
   • Short layer (choker): neck size + 2–4 cm (about +1–1.5 in) for a close fit; +5–7 cm (+2–3 in) for a relaxed fit.
   • Long layer (princess/collarbone): short layer + 4–6 cm (+1.5–2.5 in) to keep the layers separate and reduce tangling.
3. If there is an extender chain:
   • Add the extender range to the base length. Example: 40 cm + 5 cm extender = 40–45 cm (16–18 in).
4. Measure an existing necklace:
   • Lay it flat and measure end-to-end including the clasp. For double-layer pieces, measure each strand separately.
5. Estimate where it will sit:
   • Drop length is roughly half the total length. Choker sits at the base of the neck; princess length generally lands at the collarbone.

Quick reference: choker 35–40 cm (14–16 in); princess/collarbone 43–50 cm (17–20 in). Adjust to taste and neck anatomy.

Materials & Quality

• Titanium steel (high-grade stainless steel, often 316L):
  • Exceptionally durable; highly resistant to tarnish, corrosion, and everyday wear.
  • Low nickel release and generally comfortable for sensitive skin.
  • Holds shine with minimal upkeep and won’t turn skin green.
• Finish and color:
  • Gold/black tones are typically applied with PVD/ion plating for longer-lasting color than standard electroplating.
  • Silver tone is usually the natural steel finish (no color plating).
• Beaded accents:
  • Smooth, non-porous beads selected for color and polish; depending on colorway, beads may be glass, stainless steel, acrylic, or stone.
  • Beads add texture and dimension to the sleek steel chain for a balanced layered look.
• Hardware:
  • Matching stainless/titanium-steel findings and clasp designed for daily wear and secure fastening.

Note: “Titanium steel” is a trade term commonly used for 316L stainless steel. It is not pure titanium, but offers excellent strength, shine, and corrosion resistance suitable for everyday jewelry.

Model Reference & Fit Notes

• The double-layer design is intended to show a clear gap between strands (about 4–6 cm / 1.5–2.5 in).
• On smaller necks (30–34 cm / 12–13.5 in), the short layer wears as a relaxed choker; on medium (35–38 cm / 13.75–15 in) it sits at the base of the neck; fuller necks (39+ cm / 15.5+ in) may prefer using more of the extender for comfort.
• For higher necklines or more drape, extend each layer by 2–4 cm (1–1.5 in).

Care Guide (to keep it lovely longer)

• Wipe after wear with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and sweat.
• Titanium steel is water-friendly and highly tarnish resistant; however, rinse with fresh water and dry after pools, salt water, or heavy workouts to maintain maximum shine.
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray, sunscreen, and harsh cleaners. Apply products first, then put on your necklace.
• Store unclasped and flat (or hang) to minimize tangles; use a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
• Travel tip: clasp the ends together and feed the necklace through a straw or wrap in a soft cloth to prevent knots.
• If a beaded strand loosens or thread becomes visible, pause wear and have it restrung to prevent bead loss.

Style Tips

• Set the short layer as a choker and the second at the collarbone for an effortless everyday stack.
• Mix textures: let the beaded strand contrast a smooth chain or a small pendant for dimension.
• Pair with necklines: adjust the extender so the lower layer sits just above a crew neck or frames a V-neck.
• Build a trio: add a third fine chain 2–3 cm (1 in) longer than the second layer for a fuller, tangle-conscious stack.
