- Wash with Care: Fill a basin with cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of shampoo formulated for synthetic wigs. Submerge the wig and gently swish it for a few minutes. Do not rub or twist the fibers.
- Rinse & Condition: Rinse the wig thoroughly under cool running water until all soap is gone. Apply a synthetic-friendly conditioner, avoiding the cap and roots, and rinse again.
- Air Dry Only: Gently pat the wig with a soft towel to remove excess water. Place it on a wig stand or mannequin head and allow it to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight. Never use a blow dryer on high heat.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
