How to Measure Your Wig
The length of our wigs is measured from the crown (the top-center of the head) to the very longest tip of the hair when it is stretched straight. This ensures you get an accurate measurement of the 24-inch length.
- Step 1: Locate the crown of the wig cap.
- Step 2: Take a single strand of hair from the longest section.
- Step 3: Gently pull it straight down to its full length.
- Step 4: Measure from the crown to the end of the strand. This wig will measure 24 inches using this method.

- Detangle Gently: Before washing, and for daily care, use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to gently detangle the hair. Start from the ends and work your way up to the roots to prevent shedding and breakage.
- Wash with Care: Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of wig-friendly shampoo. Submerge the wig and gently swish it around. Do not rub or wring. Rinse thoroughly with cool, clean water.
- Condition and Dry: Apply a light wig conditioner, avoiding the cap and knots. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse again with cool water. Gently pat out excess water with a soft towel and place it on a wig stand to air dry completely. Avoid using a hairdryer unless on a cool setting.
- Styling and Storage: Use heat tools on a low temperature setting only after the wig is completely dry. When not in use, store your wig on a wig head or in its original packaging to maintain its shape and prevent tangles.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
