- Tips to take care of your hair and knots:
1. Use sulfate-free shampoo.
2. Use a good detangler conditioner, with a proper brush start at the ends, and work your way up. Sectioning helps!
3. Deep conditioner at least 1x month.
4. If natural, twist, braid, or do a ponytail, if relaxed wrap or ponytail, and then use a silk scarf or bonnet to sleep, or a satin pillowcase. Let’s keep moisture on our hair!
5. Treat your scalp, it's accessible so take advantage of it.
6. Be gentle, even though my knots are tight, remember this is manual work, the gentler you are while brushing and styling the more will they last and you will also prevent breakage.

How to Measure
Hair Length
The length of our wigs is measured from the crown (the top-center of the head) to the tips of the longest strands. For this wavy wig, the hair is measured when pulled straight to achieve the full 24-inch length. The wavy texture will make it appear slightly shorter when worn naturally.
Cap Size
This wig comes in a standard medium cap size that fits most head circumferences (approx. 22.5 inches). To check your fit, measure the circumference of your head by wrapping a flexible measuring tape from your front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear, and then back to the front.

Care Guide (To Keep It Lovely Longer)
- Detangle Gently: Before washing, carefully detangle the wig using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Wash with Cool Water: Use cool or lukewarm water and a small amount of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic wigs. Gently lather without rubbing or twisting the fibers.
- Rinse & Condition: Rinse thoroughly in cool water. Apply a synthetic-wig-friendly conditioner, allowing it to sit for a few minutes before rinsing again.
- Pat, Don't Rub: Gently squeeze out excess water with a soft towel. Do not wring or rub the wig.
- Air Dry: Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely at room temperature. Do not use a hairdryer or expose it to direct heat while wet.
- Storage: When not in use, store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
Style Tips
- Low Heat is Key: This is a heat-friendly wig, but always use a low heat setting on your styling tools (curling iron, flat iron), preferably below 300°F (150°C). Always test a small, inconspicuous strand of hair first.
- Customize Your Parting: The 13x3 lace front gives you the freedom to part the hair anywhere within the 3-inch deep frontal area for different looks.
- Reduce Shine: If the wig has too much shine for your liking, a light dusting of dry shampoo or translucent powder can create a more matte, natural finish.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
