- Tips to take care of your hair and knots:
1. Use sulfate-free shampoo.
2. Use a good detangler conditioner, with a proper brush start at the ends, and work your way up. Sectioning helps!
3. Deep conditioner at least 1x month.
4. If natural, twist, braid, or do a ponytail, if relaxed wrap or ponytail, and then use a silk scarf or bonnet to sleep, or a satin pillowcase. Let’s keep moisture on our hair!
5. Treat your scalp, it's accessible so take advantage of it.
6. Be gentle, even though my knots are tight, remember this is manual work, the gentler you are while brushing and styling the more will they last and you will also prevent breakage.

Our wigs come in an average cap size that fits most heads (approx. 22.5 inches circumference). The breathable cap features adjustable straps and combs, allowing you to achieve a secure and comfortable fit.

The length of a wavy wig is measured by stretching the hair straight. This 24-inch wig is measured from the crown to the tips of the longest hair strands when pulled taut. The natural wavy texture will make it appear slightly shorter when worn.

Care Guide (to keep it lovely longer)
With proper care, your synthetic wig will maintain its beauty. Follow these simple steps:
- Detangle: Before washing, gently detangle the wig using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Wash: Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of wig-specific shampoo. Submerge the wig and gently swish it for a few minutes. Do not rub or scrub the fibres.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly in cool, clean water until all shampoo is removed.
- Condition: Apply a small amount of wig conditioner or use a conditioning spray, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Avoid the cap and lace base.
- Dry: Gently squeeze out excess water with a soft towel. Do not twist or wring. Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely to best preserve the wavy pattern.
- Storage: When not in use, store your wig on a mannequin head or wig stand to maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
Style Tips
- Customize Your Parting: Take full advantage of the 13x3 inch lace! You can create a middle part, a deep side part, or a C-part to perfectly suit your face shape and desired look.
- Natural Hairline: For an ultra-realistic finish, apply a powder or concealer that matches your skin tone to the underside of the lace parting space. This creates the illusion of a scalp.
- Define the Waves: To refresh the waves, lightly mist the hair with water and gently scrunch the strands with your hands. A small amount of wig-safe mousse can also add definition and hold.
- Low-Heat Styling: This wig is made with heat-resistant fibres. You can use a curling iron or flat iron on a low heat setting (below 150°C / 300°F) to touch up the style. Always test on a small, inconspicuous strand first before applying heat to the entire wig.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
