1. Use sulfate-free shampoo.
2. Use a good detangler conditioner, with a proper brush start at the ends, and work your way up. Sectioning helps!
3. Deep conditioner at least 1x month.
4. If natural, twist, braid, or do a ponytail, if relaxed wrap or ponytail, and then use a silk scarf or bonnet to sleep, or a satin pillowcase. Let’s keep moisture on our hair!
5. Treat your scalp, it's accessible so take advantage of it.
6. Be gentle, even though my knots are tight, remember this is manual work, the gentler you are while brushing and styling the more will they last and you will also prevent breakage.

Washing & Conditioning
- Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of shampoo formulated for synthetic wigs.
- Gently immerse the wig and swish it for a minute. Do not scrub or wring.
- Rinse thoroughly in cool water until all shampoo is removed.
- Apply a synthetic wig conditioner, keeping it away from the cap and knots. Let it sit for a few minutes.
- Rinse again with cool water.
Drying & Storing
- Gently pat the excess water out with a soft towel. Do not rub or squeeze.
- Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
- Once dry, gently brush starting from the ends and working up to the roots using a wide-tooth comb or wig brush.
- Store on a wig stand or mannequin head to help maintain its shape and style.
Style Tips
- Customize Your Hairline: For the most natural look, carefully trim the excess lace to match your hairline. You can also apply a small amount of your foundation or concealer along the part and lace edge to blend it with your skin tone.
- Parting Perfection: Take advantage of the 3-inch deep parting space. Use a comb to create a sharp middle part, a deep side part, or a slightly off-center part to switch up your look.
- Heat Styling (Use Caution): This wig is made from heat-resistant fibers. You can use a flat iron or curling wand on a low heat setting (we recommend staying below 280°F / 140°C). Always test a small, inconspicuous strand first.
- Sleek & Chic: Wear it as is for a classic, sleek straight look. A touch of wig-safe shine spray can add extra gloss. For a different vibe, pull it into a low, loose ponytail or a side braid.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
