- Detangle Gently: Before washing, carefully detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots to prevent shedding.
- Wash with Care: Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of wig-friendly shampoo. Submerge the wig and gently swish it—do not rub or wring. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.
- Condition: Apply a wig-specific conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends while avoiding the cap. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse completely with cool water.
- Air Dry: Gently pat out excess water with a soft towel. Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely, away from direct sunlight or heat. This helps preserve the fiber quality.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
