2. Use a good detangler conditioner, with a proper brush start at the ends, and work your way up. Sectioning helps!
3. Deep conditioner at least 1x month.
4. If natural, twist, braid, or do a ponytail, if relaxed wrap or ponytail, and then use a silk scarf or bonnet to sleep, or a satin pillowcase. Let’s keep moisture on our hair!

6. Be gentle, even though my knots are tight, remember this is manual work, the gentler you are while brushing and styling the more will they last and you will also prevent breakage.

How to Measure for a Perfect Fit
Ensuring your wig fits comfortably and securely is key. Use a flexible measuring tape to find your size:
- Circumference: Wrap the tape around your hairline, just behind your ears, and around the nape of your neck. Most standard caps fit circumferences from 21.5" to 22.5".
- Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline, over the top of your head, down to the nape of your neck.
- Ear to Ear: Measure from the top of one ear, across your front hairline, to the top of the other ear.

Washing & Conditioning
- Detangle: Gently brush out any tangles with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Wash: Fill a basin with cool water and add a small amount of wig-friendly shampoo. Submerge the wig and gently swish it for a minute. Do not rub or twist the fibers.
- Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with clean, cool water until all shampoo is removed.
- Condition: Apply a small amount of wig conditioner, keeping it away from the cap and knots. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse again with cool water.
Drying & Storing
- Towel Dry: Gently pat and squeeze out excess water with a soft towel. Do not wring or rub the wig.
- Air Dry: Place the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head and allow it to air dry completely. Keep it away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Never comb or brush a synthetic wig when it is wet.
- Store: Once dry, store your wig on a wig stand or in a satin bag to prevent tangles and dust.
Style Tips
- Heat Styling: Always use a low-heat setting (below 150°C / 300°F) and apply a heat protectant spray designed for synthetic hair. Test the heat on a small, inconspicuous strand first.
- Customizing the Part: To make the parting look even more natural, you can apply a small amount of concealer or foundation powder along the part to match your skin tone.
- Taming Frizz: Use a synthetic-safe detangling spray or a small amount of serum to manage any static or frizz. Always use a wide-tooth comb for daily maintenance.
- Trimming the Lace: For first-time use, carefully trim the excess lace along the front hairline. Cut close to the hairline, being careful not to cut the hair itself, for an invisible blend with your skin.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
