- Circumference: Wrap a flexible tape measure around your hairline, just behind your ears, and at the nape of your neck.
- Front to Nape: Measure from your front hairline, over the crown of your head, to the nape of your neck.
- Ear to Ear Across Forehead: Measure from the front of one ear, along your hairline, to the front of the other ear.

- Gently detangle the wig with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Fill a basin with cool water and add a small amount of shampoo specifically designed for synthetic wigs.
- Immerse the wig and gently swish it for a minute. Do not rub or wring the fibers.
- Rinse thoroughly in cool, clean water until all shampoo is removed.
- Apply a wig conditioner, avoiding the cap and knots, and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing again.
Drying
- Gently squeeze out excess water by blotting with a soft towel. Never twist or wring the wig.
- Place the wig on a wig stand or mannequin head and allow it to air dry completely at room temperature.

- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
