- Detangle Gently: Before washing, carefully detangle the wig using a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots.
- Wash with Care: Fill a basin with cool water and a small amount of wig-specific shampoo. Submerge the wig and gently swish it for a minute. Do not scrub or twist.
- Rinse and Condition: Rinse the wig thoroughly under cool, running water until all shampoo is gone. Apply a small amount of wig conditioner, keeping it away from the cap, and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing again.
- Air Dry: Gently pat the excess water out with a soft towel. Do not wring or squeeze. Place the wig on a wig stand and allow it to air dry completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Hipomarket 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Hipomarket will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
