- Bestellingen die worden geretourneerd zonder aan de bovenstaande criteria te voldoen, zijn onderhevig aan een herstockingskosten van 20% of wij kunnen de gehele retour weigeren.
- Verzend- en afhandelingskosten zijn niet terugbetaalbaar.
- Retourverzending is de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant tenzij het een verzendfout of een beschadigd item betreft.
- Laat Hipomarket 5 - 7 werkdagen rekenen vanaf de dag dat wij het geretourneerde pakket ontvangen om te verwerken.
- Hipomarket zal u na verwerking van de retour per e-mail informeren over wat er is gedaan.

Om de verwerking van retouren te versnellen, volg dan deze instructies:
- Het retourautorisatienummer moet bij de retour worden opgenomen. (Dit is te vinden onder Bestellingen -> Retour op de site).
- Alle geretourneerde items moeten nieuw, ongedragen en in de originele transparante kledinghoes met SKU-sticker en labels zijn.
