How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape and work on a flat surface. Measure twice for accuracy and record both inches and centimeters. When measuring garments laid flat, measure across then double the number to get the circumference unless otherwise noted.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
