How to measure

Measure your body (choose the best size)

1. Waist: Wrap a soft tape measure around the narrowest part of your torso (natural waist). Keep the tape comfortably snug — not tight. Record the measurement.
2. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape level and parallel to the floor.
