How to measure

Two helpful approaches: measure the garment laid flat (best for comparing with a size chart) and measure your body (best for choosing the right size).

Measuring the garment (lay flat)

1. Lay the pants flat on a hard surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.

1. Wear thin, form-fitting clothing or measure on bare skin. Stand straight and breathe normally.
