How to measure

Use these steps to measure your body for a better size choice or to record garment measurements for returns and comparisons. Always measure with a flexible tape, keep it level and snug (not tight), and record in inches or centimeters.

Measuring your body (for sizing)

1. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (natural waist). Breathe normally—don’t suck in.
2. Hips: Measure at the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
3. Inseam: Measure from the crotch (where the seams meet) down to the desired hem point (ankle or floor) while standing.
4. Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh, about 1"–2" (2.5–5 cm) below the crotch.
5. Rise (if needed): Measure from the center front at the waistband down to the crotch seam to get front rise preference.

Measuring the garment (flat)

1. Lay the joggers flat on a smooth surface and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
2. Waist: Measure straight across the top of the waistband from side to side, then double that number to get the full circumference.
3. Hips: Measure straight across the widest part of the seat from side seam to side seam and double it.
4. Front rise: Measure from the top center of the waistband down to the crotch seam.
5. Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg hem.
6. Thigh: Measure across the leg about 1" below the crotch seam and double it for the full circumference.
7. Leg opening: Measure across the bottom hem and double it for the circumference.

Tip: For elastic waists with stretch, consider the relaxed measurement and the usable stretch range. If you’re between sizes and prefer a roomier lounge fit, size up; for a slimmer look, choose your usual size.

Fit description: Mid-rise jogger with an elasticized waistband and drawstring, relaxed through the seat and thigh, tapered toward an elastic or cuffed ankle. Hits at the ankle on the model for a cropped/tapered look.

Sizing guidance: These joggers run true to size for a relaxed fit. If you prefer an oversized, slouchier look or are between sizes, consider sizing up.
