How to measure
Use a flexible cloth measuring tape. For best results measure over thin clothing or underwear and stand relaxed. You can measure your body (recommended) or measure a similar garment laid flat.
Measure your body (recommended)
- Waist (natural): Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (usually above the belly button). Keep tape parallel and snug, not tight.
