How to Measure
1) Check watch connection size
- Quick-release/lug watches: Measure the distance between the lugs in millimeters (common widths: 18, 20, 22, 24 mm). Use a ruler or calipers.
- Slide-in connectors (Apple-style): Match your watch case size.
- 38/40/41 mm watches use the small connector
- 42/44/45/49 mm watches use the large connector
2) Measure your wrist
- Wrap a soft tape (or strip of paper and then a ruler) around your wrist where the watch sits.
- Note the circumference in inches or centimeters.
Choose your fit:
• Snug fit: wrist circumference + 0 to 0.25 in (0–0.6 cm)
• Everyday comfort: wrist + 0.5 in (1.3 cm)
• Relaxed/stacking: wrist + 0.75 to 1 in (2–2.5 cm)

3) Consider bead size
