How to measure
Measure your body (to choose the right size)
- Bust / Chest: Wrap a flexible tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across the back and snug but not tight. Breathe normally.
- Waist: Measure at the natural waist (narrowest point). Keep the tape relaxed.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, usually 7–9" (18–23 cm) below the waist.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other (where a seam would sit).
- Sleeve length: From the high point of the shoulder (where shoulder meets neck) down to the wrist with a slightly bent elbow.
- Torso / Front length: From the high point of the shoulder at the base of the neck straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
Measure a sweatshirt you already own (flat measurement)
- Chest (pit to pit): Lay the zipped sweatshirt flat and smooth. Measure across 1–2" (2–5 cm) below the armholes from side to side and double that for full circumference.
- Shoulder: Measure across the back from seam to seam.
- Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the cuff along the top of the sleeve.
- Body length: From the high point of the shoulder at the neckline down to the hem.
Fit guidance: For a relaxed fit, add about 2–4" (5–10 cm) of ease to your chest measurement. For a closer fit, choose measurements nearer to your body measurements.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
