To find your perfect fit, follow these simple steps:
- Place a piece of paper on a flat, hard surface.
- Stand with one foot on the paper. For the most accurate measurement, do this at the end of the day when your feet are slightly swollen.
- Keeping your body weight over your foot, trace a thin line around the outside of your entire foot.
- Use a ruler to measure the length of your foot from the longest toe to the back of the heel.
- Repeat for the other foot, as it's common for feet to be slightly different sizes. Use the larger measurement and compare it to our size chart to find your ideal size.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
