How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape. For best accuracy, measure garments laid flat on a table and measure your body while wearing a thin layer. Measurements in product listings are garment measurements (flat), not body measurements.
How we measure the garment (flat)
- Chest (Across) — Lay the sweatshirt flat. Measure 1" (2.5 cm) below the armholes from one side seam to the other. Double this number to get the full chest circumference.
- Body length — Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where shoulder meets neck seam) straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve length — Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff (this is the most common reference for sweatshirts).
- Shoulder width — Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Hem / Bottom width — Measure flat across the bottom hem and double for circumference.
How to measure your body (to choose size)
- Bust / Chest — Wrap tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep tape level.
- Waist — Measure at the natural waist (where you bend), not where you wear pants.
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
