How to measure

Measuring the product (lay flat)

1. Lay the shorts flat on a hard, even surface and smooth out any wrinkles—do not stretch the fabric.
2. Waist: Measure straight across the top edge of the waistband from left to right. Double this measurement to get the full waist circumference.
3. Hips/Seat: Measure straight across the fullest part of the shorts (usually across the seat). Double the number for full hip circumference.
4. Front rise: Measure from the crotch seam (center seam between legs) up to the top center of the waistband. (Do not double.)
5. Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam down the inner leg seam to the hem.
6. Thigh width: Measure straight across the leg 1–2" (2.5–5 cm) below the crotch seam. Double that number for thigh circumference.
7. Total length (optional): Measure along the outer side seam from the top of the waistband to the hem.
8. Tip: Compare these flat measurements (times two where noted) to a pair of shorts you already own for the best fit reference.
9. Conversion: 1 inch = 2.54 cm. Example: flat waist 13" = circumference 26" (13" × 2.54 = 33 cm flat → 66 cm circumference).

Measuring yourself (to pick the right size)

1. Use a flexible tape measure. Stand naturally and breathe out gently—do not suck in.
2. Natural waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your torso (usually above the belly button). This is where the high waistband will sit.
3. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat with feet together.
4. Thigh: Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh.
5. Compare your body measurements to the product flat measurements (product flat × 2 ≈ body circumference). If you are between sizes, size up for less compression or down for a more compressive fit.
