How to measure

To measure your foot (to choose the right size)

1. Place a blank sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor. Stand on the paper with your full weight evenly distributed.
2. Trace the outline of your foot while keeping the pen upright and close to the foot.
3. Measure the distance from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe — this is your foot length. Record in centimeters (cm) and inches (in).
4. Measure across the widest part of the forefoot (the ball) for foot width.

4. Platform height: measure vertically from the flat ground to the top of the platform at the thickest point under the forefoot.
5. Heel height: measure vertically from the flat ground to the highest point of the heel.
6. Width: measure across the widest part of the shoe (ball area) at the sole or inside the shoe for internal width.
7. Note: list measurements for both left and right if there is a difference; allow a small tolerance for manufacturing variations.
