How to measure
Measure your foot (to choose the right size)
- Wear the socks you plan to wear with the loafers. Stand on a hard floor with your heel lightly against a wall and a blank sheet of paper under your foot.
- Mark the longest point of your foot (usually the big toe or second toe). Measure from the wall (heel) to that mark — this is your foot length. Repeat for the other foot and use the longer measurement.
- To measure width, mark the widest points on both sides of the forefoot and measure the distance between them.
- Record measurements in centimetres (cm) and inches. Compare against the size chart below or the product’s specific size guide.
- If you are between sizes: for narrow feet choose the smaller size; for wider feet or if you prefer more room, size up half.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
