How to measure

To choose the right size, measure yourself wearing thin underwear or a fitted sports bra. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed (not tight). Use centimeters or inches — 1 in = 2.54 cm.

Body measurements (what to measure)

• Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, across the shoulder blades and over the nipple line. Breathe normally.
• Underbust / Band: Measure directly under the bust where the top band will sit.
• Waist: Measure at your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually above the belly button.
• High hip: Measure around the top of your hip bones, about 7–10 cm (3–4 in) below your waist.
• Hips: Measure at the fullest part of your hips and buttocks — stand with feet together.
• Top length: From the base of the neck (center back) down to the hem where you want the top to finish.
• Shorts rise (front): From the top of the front waistband down to the crotch seam.
• Inseam: From the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem of the shorts.

Garment (flat) measurements

• Chest (pit-to-pit): Lay the top flat and measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other, then double the number to get the full circumference.
• Top length: Measure from the shoulder seam (near the collar) straight down to the hem while flat.
• Waist (shorts): Measure across the top of the waistband when the shorts are lying flat; double that number. Note unstretched and stretched widths if the waistband is elastic.
• Front rise & back rise: Measure from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam (front) and from the top of the back waistband to the crotch seam (back).
• Inseam: Measure along the inner seam from crotch to hem while flat.
• Leg opening: Measure across the hem of one leg and double.
