How to measure

Measure your body (to choose the right size)

Use a soft tape measure and wear an unpadded bra for best accuracy. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight.

1. Bust / Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. Record the measurement.
2. High bust: Measure above the breasts and below the arms, around the chest.
3. Underbust: Measure directly under the breasts where the band sits.
4. Waist: Measure at the narrowest point of your torso (natural waist).
5. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips (usually 7–9" / 18–23 cm below the waist).
6. Torso length (for tanks): From the high point of the shoulder (where the shoulder meets the base of the neck) down the front to where you want the hem to fall.
7. Shoulder / strap position: Measure from the base of the neck to the shoulder point, or across the back from shoulder point to shoulder point if you need shoulder-width reference.
8. Tip: If you are between sizes, choose based on desired fit: pick your usual size for a close, studio-ready fit or size up for more room or layering.

Measure the garment (lay-flat method)

Lay the tank flat on a smooth surface without stretching the fabric. These measurements let you compare the actual item to your body measurements.

1. Flat bust (chest): Measure across the front 1" (2.5 cm) below the armhole from seam to seam, then double for full circumference.
2. Hem width: Measure straight across the bottom hem seam and double.
3. Length (HPS): Measure from the high point of shoulder (HPS) down to the hem.
4. Strap width: Measure the strap flat across at its widest point.
5. Armhole depth: Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the lowest point of the armhole opening.
6. Compare & select: For a fitted active tank, expect the fabric to stretch — aim for garment bust measurements equal to or slightly smaller than your body bust for a snug fit, or add 1–2" (2.5–5 cm) positive ease for a relaxed fit.

Care Guide (to keep it lovely longer)

• Turn the tank inside out before washing to protect the outer surface and trims.
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors; use a mild detergent.
• Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — softeners can reduce moisture-wicking and damage elastane fibers.
• Do not wring. Gently press out excess water.
• Air-dry flat or hang to dry in the shade to preserve elasticity and color; avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
• If necessary, tumble dry on low and remove promptly; repeated high heat will degrade stretch fibers.
• Cool iron only if absolutely needed and only on the reverse side; avoid ironing elastic areas or trims.
• To remove deodorant/sweat marks: rinse in cold water promptly, pre-treat gently, then launder as directed. Avoid hot water until stains are removed.
• Store folded rather than hanging by the straps to prevent gradual stretching.
