How to measure

Use one of the two methods below depending on whether you want to measure your body for sizing or measure a similar-fitting garment you already own. Always measure with a soft tape and keep it level.

Measure your body (recommended)

1. Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest/bust, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
2. Waist: Measure at your natural waist (the narrowest point), normally above the belly button.
3. Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips with feet together.
4. Sleeve length: From the center back of the neck, across the shoulder to the wrist (slightly bend the elbow for comfort).
5. Shoulder width: From one shoulder seam point to the other across the upper back (measure between the two shoulder bones).
6. Body length: From the highest point of the shoulder (near the base of the neck) down to where you want the hem to sit.

Conversion: 1 in = 2.54 cm. For a relaxed fit add 2–4 cm (0.8–1.5 in) to the chest; for a slim fit subtract 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8 in).

Measure a similar garment (flat)

1. Lay the garment flat on a table and smooth out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
2. Pit-to-pit (chest): Measure across the front from one armpit seam to the other, then double that number to get the chest circumference.
3. Shoulder: Measure from seam to seam across the back at the top of the shoulders.
4. Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
5. Body length: Measure from the center back neckline to the bottom hem.

Tip: Keep a photographed or written record of your measurements so you can compare against the product size chart before ordering.

Reference sizing used in photography to help you judge fit:

• Male model: Height 6'1" / 185 cm — Chest 38" / 96 cm — Wearing size M.
• Female model (if applicable): Height 5'9" / 175 cm — Bust 34" / 86 cm — Wearing size S.
