How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape. Measure yourself wearing a thin top (or measure a similar garment laid flat). Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
Measure your body
- Chest / Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
