How to measure
Measuring the garment (laid flat)
- Bust (flat): Lay the dress flat and smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across from underarm seam to underarm seam. Double this measurement to get the full bust circumference.
- Waist (flat): Measure across the narrowest part of the dress front (where the waist seam sits). Double for full waist circumference.
- Hips / Lower skirt (flat): Measure across the fullest part of the skirt (about 20–25 cm / 8–10 in below the waist or at the hem if that’s where the garment is widest). Double for full hip circumference.
- Length (HPS to hem): Measure from the high point of the shoulder (HPS — where the shoulder meets the neckline) straight down to the hem to get the total dress length.
- Strap length: Measure front strap from the front seam at the neckline over to the back strap seam. For adjustable straps, note the minimum and maximum lengths.
- Hem width: Measure straight across the hem and double for the full circumference.
- Armhole depth: Measure vertically from the top of the armhole to the bottom seam for arm comfort reference.
Tip: Measure a similar dress that fits you well and compare measurements. When comparing garment to body measurements, remember to allow ease (2–4 cm / 0.75–1.5 in for fitted styles; more for relaxed fits).
Measuring your body
- Bust: With a bra on, measure around the fullest part of your bust keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
