Due to the delicate embroidery, we recommend the following care to preserve the beauty of your dress.
- Wash: Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. If you must use a machine, place the dress in a mesh laundry bag and use the delicate/hand-wash cycle with cold water.
- Bleach: Do not use bleach.
- Dry: Hang to air dry in a shaded area. Do not tumble dry, as the heat can damage the embroidery and cause the cotton to shrink.
- Iron: Iron on a low to medium heat setting on the reverse side. To protect the embroidery, place a piece of cloth between the iron and the dress. A steamer is also a great alternative.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
