To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our size chart. All measurements are taken with the garment laid flat.
- Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Bust: Measured across the chest from armpit to armpit, then doubled.
- Waist: Measured across the coat at the natural waistline (where the belt sits), then doubled.
- Sleeve Length: Measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

- Drying: Tumble dry on low heat. Add a few dryer balls or clean tennis balls to the cycle to help redistribute the filling and maintain the coat's puffiness.
- Fur Trim Care: The faux fur trim should be spot cleaned only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry. Gently brush to restore fluffiness.
- Do Not: Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean the coat.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
