How to measure

Measuring your body

• Bust: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your bust, across the shoulder blades and over the nipple line. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline. Measure gently—don't suck in.
• Hips: With feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
