How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over a thin layer of clothing. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight. Measure both your body and (if possible) the garment flat so you can compare dimensions.

Measure your body

• Bust / Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, across the shoulder blades and over the nipples. Keep tape level and relaxed.
