How to measure
Use a flexible tape measure. Measure over light clothing or underwear, keep the tape parallel to the floor and relaxed (not pulled tight). Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements (or vice versa).
Measure your body
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust and across your shoulder blades. Keep tape level.
- Waist: Measure at the natural waist (the narrowest part), keep the tape comfortably snug.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips/buttocks with feet together.
- Shoulder width: Measure across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Dress length: From the highest point of the shoulder (near the neck) down to the hem where you want the dress to fall.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
