How to measure

Use a soft measuring tape and measure snugly but without compressing. Wear your usual underwear or measure a pair of shorts that fits the way you want these to fit.

1. Waist — Find your natural waist (the narrowest point, usually above the belly button). Wrap the tape horizontally around that point.
2. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Keep the tape level and parallel to the floor.
3. Inseam — Measure the inside leg from the crotch seam to the hem on a pair of shorts or pants that match the desired length. For a body measurement, measure from the crotch down to where you want the short to end.
4. Rise — While standing, measure from the center front crotch point up to the top of the waistband to confirm front-rise preference (low, mid, high).
5. Thigh — Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh while standing with feet slightly apart.
6. Length — Measure from the top of the waistband straight down the outside leg to the hem to get overall length.

Tip: Record measurements in inches and centimeters (1 in = 2.54 cm) and compare them to the product size chart. If you are between sizes or prefer less compression, choose the larger size.
