How to measure

Use a soft tape measure and measure over thin undergarments. For best results, have someone help you or take measurements in front of a mirror. Record both body and garment (laid-flat) measurements and compare to the size chart.

Measuring your body

• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
• Waist: Measure at your natural waist (the narrowest part above the belly button). Keep the tape relaxed.
• Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, typically 7–9" (18–23 cm) below the waist.
